Computer Support Specialist - Two-year ASB degree
Graduates of this program will be able to troubleshoot problems and provide technical assistance, support, and advice on hardware, software, and systems. They will be able to install, modify, clean, and repair computer hardware and software and oversee the daily performance of computer systems and networks. Additionally, they will use effective verbal and written communication to answer end-user questions and provide necessary training.
