• A completed admissions application.
  (Applications may be downloaded below.)
• A $15 application fee.
• An official High School transcript or G.E.D. Scores.
• You must also pass an entrance evaluation.

The following admissions application may be viewed and printed in Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download an application:

1. Click and hold (Win95/98 users right-click) either the Indiana or Johnstown button.
2. From the menu that appears, choose 'Save Link As...'. 'Save Target As...', or 'Download Link to Disk'.
3. Choose where you would like to save the image.
   Click 'Save' (if prompted to save as either 'text' or 'source', choose 'source').
4. View or print the application using your FREE copy of  Adobe Acrobat Reader.
    

How do I get my schedule?
Several weeks before your start date, a registration program will take place.  At this time you will receive your schedule for the first quarter.
